1. What Chartécard is

Chartécard is an independent tool to catalogue and value your Pokémon TCG collection. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc. All Pokémon trademarks, card designs and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Your account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. If you share a collection via a link, you manage who sees it. You can delete individual collections at any time inside the app; full account deletion is in Settings → Delete account.

3. Card data and prices

Card catalogue data comes from publicly available sources (see the Privacy Policy). Prices are estimates based on public marketplaces and purely informational: they are not a guarantee of a buyer or seller. Chartécard is not financial advice.

4. Acceptable use

• •No attempts to hack, reverse-engineer or abuse the service or APIs.
• •No scraping at a rate that burdens our servers (if you want bulk data, contact us).
• •No uploading of content that is not yours or that infringes on others' rights.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or complete data. Use at your own risk.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted under Dutch law, Studio Sans Serif is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service — including lost profits, missed trades or errors in price estimates.

7. Changes to the service

We may add, adjust or remove features at any time. For breaking changes we try to warn you in-app ahead of time.

8. Changes to these terms

On a meaningful update we adjust the date at the top and flag the change in-app at your next launch. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

Chartécard is een onafhankelijke tool om je Pokémon TCG-verzameling te catalogiseren en waarderen. De app is niet geaffilieerd met, onderschreven door, of gesponsord door The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak of Creatures Inc. Alle Pokémon-handelsmerken, kaart-ontwerpen en artwork blijven eigendom van hun respectievelijke houders.

2. Je account en data

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid van wat je invoert. Als je een collectie deelt via een link beheer jij wie 'm ziet. Individuele collecties verwijder je op elk moment in de app; je hele account verwijder je via Instellingen → Account verwijderen.

3. Kaart-data en prijzen

Kaart-catalogusdata komt van publiek beschikbare bronnen (zie de Privacy Policy). Prijzen zijn schattingen op basis van publieke marktplaatsen en puur informatief: ze vormen geen garantie op een koper of verkoper. Chartécard is geen financieel advies.

4. Acceptabel gebruik

• •Geen pogingen tot hack, reverse engineering of misbruik van de service of API's.
• •Geen scraping op een tempo dat onze servers belast (wil je bulk-data, neem contact op).
• •Geen content uploaden die niet van jou is of rechten van anderen schendt.

5. Disclaimer garanties

De service wordt geleverd "as is". We garanderen geen ononderbroken beschikbaarheid, foutloze werking of volledige data. Gebruik op eigen risico.

6. Aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover toegestaan onder Nederlands recht, is Studio Sans Serif niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele of gevolgschade voortvloeiend uit je gebruik van de service — inclusief gemiste winsten, misgelopen trades of fouten in prijsschattingen.

7. Wijzigingen in de service

We kunnen op elk moment features toevoegen, aanpassen of verwijderen. Bij breaking changes proberen we vooraf in-app te waarschuwen.

8. Wijzigingen in deze voorwaarden

Bij een betekenisvolle update passen we de datum bovenin aan en vlaggen de wijziging in-app bij je volgende opening. Doorgaan met gebruik na de wijziging betekent dat je de nieuwe voorwaarden accepteert.

9. Toepasselijk recht

Deze voorwaarden vallen onder Nederlands recht. Eventuele geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Amsterdam.
